  • Where is my package?
  • After you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days to process it and 7-12 business days before it is delivered, provided you order before 20:00 GMT (London, UK). If these days have passed, please contact our customer service.

  • Where can I find my tracking code?
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Tracking code. Also, check your spam; sometimes, our emails end up there. Please note that your  Tracking link may take a while to become active.

  • How can I track my order?
  • You can track your order with the Tracking number you received by email. Fill in the Tracking number on our  Track Your Order Page to see the status of your delivery. 

  • What if my package hasn’t arrived?
  • Delays are rare but can happen. Please check your tracking link for updates or contact us if it’s been more than 5–7 business days past the expected delivery date.

  • I am not satisfied with my package
  • Please visit our Return and Refund Policy to return your package.
